My Culinary story started in 7th grade when my mother was gifted an amazing cookbook with gold lined pages. I remember thinking the pictures were beautiful and brilliant at the same time. At that moment I fell in love with food. I adore how fantastic food makes people smile laugh and gather.
I hope to build Artigiana to be a successful business to pass down to my grandchildren. I dream of having a space where families can come and enjoy fresh bread, various types of sourdough focaccia, cured meats, fermented spreads and Sunday sauce always available. Artigiana is a cozy warm place that feels like Italy.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING. I don’t even know where to begin! I placed my 1st order with Artigiana & I am blown away with l how delicious everything is. I purchased the Spinach artichoke focaccia & the garlic reggiano bread oil. She was so kind & offered a sample of her pistachio basil pesto as well. The Spinach artichoke focaccia was perfection & the pieces of roasted garlic cloves put it over the top amazing. The Bread oil.. I don’t know how to control myself, the large container will be gone within days! Her bread oil is more delicious than any I’ve had in restaurants. The pistachio basil pesto was so fresh and herbaceous — I will definitely be adding it to my next order! Thank you Shannon for such fabulous eats! I can’t wait to try the rest!!! 🥖 👩🍳 😋

The sourdough is amazing…my kids love it! I used the brioche to make homemade French toast casserole, cookies are delicious, and the brioche cinnamon rolls are unbelievable!! Overall, I give everything 5 stars!!!!

Had the fresh bread and pasta for the first time. Fantastic. My only complaint, I didn’t know about the pistachio pesto my wife got. This stuff was out of this world…… unfortunately it’s sold out too!! Looking forward to trying new creations in the future.
